We are particularly skilled in helping foreign buyers to identify potential private company acquisitions in the U.S., either by undertaking specific targeted acquisition searches or by working from our own list of acquisition candidates.
Our experience dates from a 1973 project of Mr. Bird’s in developing U.S. investment strategy for Japan’s Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).
Other past projects have included:
- Medical equipment company acquisitions for a major German company.
- U.S. chemical and composites company acquisitions by a French company.
- Purchase of the assets of a U.S. manufacturing company by that industry’s largest worldwide competitor, based in Dubai
- U.S. acquisition search for a major German producer of automotive parts.
