Because of our background in corporate strategy working with many large global companies, our marketing and negotiations expertise, and our more than 40 years of corporate development experience with numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, ventures, joint ventures, and investments, we are often asked to provide professional services in identifying and assessing potential buyers for companies.

We selectively undertake such engagements to identify and assess potential buyers for privately-held companies or businesses on a project fee basis.

We will generally focus on potential strategic buyers that would likely see more potential value and thus would likely be willing to pay more. Thus, our work can help achieve a better win-win result through careful identification of values and negotiation of the various potential value “currencies” involved.
